We were so encouraged to see 16 of our students come to the outting with their parent's permission. This was a great encouragement to us because many of the parents had not previously allowed their children to go on the last outting. The ages of our students ranged from 7 years to 16 years old. None of these children had ever been to a cinema before. It was an exciting day. We will continue our twice a week meetings with the English classes till our summer program starts.
Thank you all also for your continued prayers for Randy. We were able to get his tooth pulled with a local anesthetic. The Lord really led in getting us to a dentist that was patient and kind to Randy. We are so thankful that the procedure went so well. The infection had actually eaten away some of the bone. They were able to get the infection out, and also put him on antibiotics. Please continue to pray for Randy. He hasn't been feeling well this week, and actually was having chest pain. Through the Lord's leading and blessing, we were able to have a full work up on his heart. All the tests ruled out heart problems. His heart rate is intermittently high, but we have not been able to establish the cause yet. Next week, we will continue to have further testing to try to establish the cause. They believe that is may have something to do with his thyroid or the recent tooth infection. We will keep you posted.
This month begins more construction projects to be finished here at Windsor's Fair Haven, and also we have some weekend retreats and weekly retreats tentatively scheduled. We are thrilled to be offering the camp facilities to Christian groups to further the Lord's work here in Romania.
