The end of this month, we had the pleasure of hosting another group this time, from North Carolina. The group of 6 was led by Nathan Merrill and his wife, Anca. They had been in Romania over the previous month and had ended their mission here at Windsor's Fair Haven in Ighisu Vechi. It was the perfect opportunity to take this group and follow-up in two of the villages that we had VBS in the previous week. The group enjoyed going to Ghijasa de Jos, two of the days, teaching Bible stories, singing and doing crafts with the kids. We were also able to re visit the village of Tichandeal and go into some of the homes of the truly destitute, pray with the families and give encouragement. They really enjoyed their time at the Romanian village church, singing and giving testimonies of how God was working in their lives. One of the days, the men of the team banded together to do some landscaping in the backyard of the camp. Of course, it is always good to spend time with Cooper, Nathan's brother and our long-time friend, who was also part of the group. Our prayers continue for this group as God uses their experiences to remind them of His love while living in America.
