April brought good news that Randy was improving although using a wheelchair most of the time for any length of walking. Test results came back this month much better and they are going to begin getting Randy off all medicine. Plans for Jody returning to Romania with Gerri LaRose for May-June and then Robert leaving at the end of June until October, Lord willing. Thank you all for your continued prayers as we pray that soon we all get to go back to Romania together!
March was our EBF mission's conference held at East Side Baptist Church. Robert had to attend without Jody and Randy. Randy was not well enough to travel yet, and they stayed in North Carolina. Robert was able to share about God's goodness in the midst of these severe trials and talk about our plans for Romania for this year. Here are a few highlights of the conference. A special thank you to Steve and Melissa Mason for making the arrangements at the church, and to East Side Baptist Church, our sending church for their hospitality and fellowship!
