 March 2021-November 2021

Saying goodbye is never easy. We are blessed to be able to serve. Robert started right away reconnecting with the neighbors,.......
Living and sharing the Gospel through the ministry of helps. Ilie is here and Robert took him to the hospital in an emergency situation and then returned with food and clothing, during the hospital quarantine.

Pictured to the left is Ili and his wife Sofica, and student, Tuader on the way to church. It is always a blessing to provide transportation to the saints!

Robert shares at Grace Church in Nocrich through our precious student, Cristina, translating, how important it is to be the Salt and Light of the world, and obey that commandment taught by Christ. Robert also met several times with the youth of Nocrich and had meetings at the camp with several of the youth to share the Gospel and encourage those that already believe.

Teaching and continuing to disciple and share the Gospel with Tuader has always been a gift God has given Robert.

Robert is pictured here working on the gymnasium siding, standing on a ladder, that is propped up by a board, on top of a piece of metal on a metal roof!! So many answers to pray for safety as he works diligently to provide a safe Haven for camp ministries free to our local churches and our students, to share the Gospel and disciple the saints. He and Will LaRose finished siding all the cabins, the gymnasium, and roof repairs. He also had to revamp all the hot water plumbing for the camp and house, moving all the boilers, and very large bladder tanks. He repaired the camp boys' bathroom floor, doors, and showers. There were many other projects as well, too numerous to mention.

Ladies camp at Windsor's Fair Haven in Ighisu Vechi 2021 for single missionary ladies. Many other locations were closed and it was such an encouraging time of fellowship and worship. Two other camps were also completed with Little Explorers and other church groups. Robert provides a cost free place in Ighisu Vechi at our camp, all the logistics, cleaning, grounds management, and also shares in the teaching, which is one of his favorite responsibilities!!
Robert here is continuing to share Christ with one of the neighbors, by not only being available, but helping him in a time of need.

Robert started and completed the back stairway from the upper section rooms above the dining hall-a necessary exit for fire and safety purposes.
Robert, Jody and Randy keep in touch virtually throughout the summer, as they remain miles away.
Robert had a few problems with flooding and work was halted for a few days so clean up could be completed.

In the meantime, Jody was very busy trying to find treatment for Randy's knee problems. By this time, Randy was mostly in a wheelchair. Jody was able to find one at a local thrift store for only $5.00. After much driving, research, and five different orthopedic surgeon appointments, God directed her to the one that was willing to do the imaging and finally surgery to repair Randy's knee. In June, Randy had surgery to repair a synovial pleca. He had a severe systemic inflammatory response after a poorly executed physical therapy session, which led to 4 different specialists' appointments to check for life threatening inflammatory kidney or heart issues. After 2 days, the symptoms and blood tests showed he was cleared, praise the Lord!! So recovery for 4 weeks and then clearance for he and Jody to go spend 2 months with Robert in Romania!!

In July, we were reunited in Romania!! What a joy to be together again and ready to minister together! Jody and Randy were able to reconnect with neighbors, churches, and students, and also help in 2 more camps, and 2 more day camps for the churches of Stanca, and Grace. Here are some pictures of those activities. We absolutely love what the Lord has called us to do and can't wait to come back in the spring of 2022 Lord willing!! Girl's Camp with Karen a fellow missionary, and the neighborhood girls, hayride. First introduction to hayride at Windsor's Fair Haven Camp, Ighisu Vechi! Jody is enjoying encouraging this next generation of youth at the Grace Church in Nocrich!

Jody continues to share Christ with these ladies in Ighisu.

Reconnecting, counseling, and encouraging the saints.

Love seeing our precious Tessa, and her newest baby, Verity Lynn.

Lastly, our last camp of the season before returning was another camp with Little Explorers. They had an advanced leadership training camp for over a week. They also encourage us in our church planting efforts in Ighisu at Windsor's Fair Haven by holding church services with us on Sundays. We were able to invite several of our local neighbors, and a few came. Please continue to pray for this work.

We all returned to the states at the end of September 2021 to Morehead City, North Carolina, where it is medically necessary for us to home base from for Randy's needs. In September and October, we traveled to Indiana and Michigan to update those local churches on our most recent travel and ministry work. We returned to North Carolina at the end of October with plans to winter here, complete Randy's orthodontic and medical treatments, and receive medical clearance for Randy to return with both of us in late spring 2022 for 1-2 years. We believe God is calling us to continue the camp ministry especially during these dark days. More than ever, people need the hope of Christ that only the Gospel can give.
