November-December 2021

These last couple of months have been busy being involved with our local church in Morehead City, as Robert was able to share on occasion and Jody is able to serve on the worship team, as well as, visiting Will and Gerri LaRose, former EBF (European Baptist Fellowship) founding member, and Ed Green, former EBF treasurer. Also, Jody was advocating for her cousin, Kandy Walker, who had contracted Covid in Indiana. Kandy's parents were also both deceased, and her husband was having a difficult time being able to advocate for her. Sadly, Kandy passed away in December due to complications and inadequate care. Thankfully, her love and faith were evidenced by her daily walk. 

We are so thankful for Will and Gerry LaRose and their continued love, support, encouragement, prayers, and shared burden for the ministry in Romania. Both have accompanied us on many occasions and worked with us in Romania. 

We visited Ed and Carol Green, our former founding treasurer of our mission board and were encouraged with the memories, love, and encouragement. May those who come behind us find us as faithful as they true, sacrificial followers. 

As we end this year, 2021, we also remember our dear mentors and inspirers, Don and Joyann Walker. Both went home to be with the Lord earlier this year, while Robert was in Romania. We miss them and remember during the Christmas season, that death is the reason that Christ gave up so much to come and save us. He made us and the world perfect, but we chose sin, and even in that, God, our Father, can make us good and holy through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, our Savior. May we share Christ even more in the coming year. Thank you all for your support, prayers, love, and encouragement as we continue to work towards our return to Romania.
